Value Network — mission and purpose of the project.

Hello everybody, my name is Artem Levin, and I’m CEO and founder of the Value Network project.

Since starting in 2018 from back in the days, I’ve been passionate about decentralized products, blockchain, and financial services to the underbanked people.

In 2018 we made an MVP of a crypto-backed loans platform that was made entirely on Ethereum smart-contracts. The market was falling, and in August 2018, the project was frozen. But not our ambitions.

In 2019 the DeFi definition came to the market, and while working on a fiat job in neobanks, I’ve just been more optimistic about decentralization than ever before.

In September 2020, it was impossible to escape the hype, and Value Network project was reborn.

What is our mission?

Our mission is to provide financial services to the people that are accessible by anyone, everywhere.

We truly believe that blockchain is the new economic trend and will widespread financial inclusion throughout the planet.

What is our current goal?

As for November 2020, we’ve formed a group of enthusiastic people that are focusing on blockchain development technologies, R&D, marketing and community management to make the community-owned and community-capitalized project.

Our token economy is structured to reflect our daily work’s progress, without any additional sales: we initially list our token on DEXes as Uniswap and Sushiswap with price of 0 and then let the market decide on the price of the token.

Roadmap

The further development of the product we see as follows:

• Token creation and listing till the end of 2020
• Prediction markets platform till March 2020

Prediction markets are the huge possibility to combine financial mechanics to bring complex financial derivative strategies to the markets and will be described in the following articles.
